Turmeric is excellent for inflammation, ginger those you can find in a
whole food store. Problem will be you have to use it in many dishes,
supplements are available in respectable herb shoppes. Other things to
look for would be white willow bark, boswelia all for inflammation.
Glucosamine sulfate works great with cartilage rebuilding (if you have
any left).....again beware of the off the standard chain store shelf.
Best to try one new dietary change every 2-4 weeks or else you wont
know which helped you.  Tai Chi and Yoga are the exercises that would
help once you get joint mobility.....and then maybe you get off the
herbs sometime later....
