I have two of his books and it says, in order to flush out those stony
deposits , one should drink a daily ACV drink upon arising..and one hr
before lunch and one hr before dinner..
Use 8oz distilled water with 1 to 2 tbsp. ACV and raw honey...also take
multiple vitamins , minerals and Glucosamine, Chondroitin sulfates and
MSM , plus alfalfa tablets and codliver oil daily...plus enjoy 2 organic
apples a day.. the results are supposed to be amazing..

My book is from and written by Bragg.. the originator of the vinegar..
It's called simply " Apple Cider Vinegar.. Miracle Health system.. I do
have Back book also, but have to see where I put it in my library..
