As a matter of fact that is one of the best kept secrets in our
society.... 
just how really bad our water is.   I only drink water that has been 
purified by reverse osmosis as a regular drinking beverage, and we have a 
rather extensive (and expensive) water purification system for our well 
water in our home, too.    I worked for a water purification company some 
time ago, and it really opened my eyes.   Ordinary bottled water won't do,

it is just tap water that has been run through a carbon filter to make it 
taste a little better.   All the pollutants are still in it.
