The opposite of Capsaicin?

by Sanukk <.> Mar 9, 2008 at 11:52 PM

Hi

Where Capsaicin (the active component of chili peppers) creates the
sensation of extreme heat, is there anything that does the opposite, ie
give the feeling of extreme cooling or cold?
