I use prunella vulgaris and I've been able to cut my meds in half. A
large pince of dried herb or a small hand full of fresh herb in a
standard pitcher, fill with water, and let stand for at least 2 hours.
Drink 1 - 2 gl***** a day or use when ever you are thirsty. I usually
slice up half a lemon to add to mine along with some mint sprigs.

Prunella vulgaris (self-heal, self-help) is a vasodilator bronchial
constrictor, as is alcohol.
