Corn Salad
Also known as 'Fetticus' or 'Lamb's Quarters', this seed can be sown
in early April directly, as well as in September for wintering-over,
and covered with straw mulch.
Used in salads, and in flavoring soups and stews, it adds a distinct
touch to food. It is also used as a garnish on meat dishes.
Matures in 45 days.
