Well, gee, let's just see.

Under the Cuomo agreement, T-W agreed to drop a handful of newsgroups, not
all of Usenet. There is no cost to T-W.

The announcement of the Como agreement happened to coincide with the end
of
TW's contract with Newshosting.

Meanwhile, T-W discovers that under the Newshosting contract a very few
users were costing them a ****load in downstream bandwidth. More than
double
what they'd projected. Per gig overage fees ensue...

T-W decides to drop Usenet entirely at the end of their contract with
Newshosting, which happens to be June 23.

OK, what word do you prefer?

ABSTRACT:
....the authors found that participants scoring in the bottom quartile
on tests of humor, grammar, and logic grossly overestimated their test
performance and ability. Although their test scores put them in the
12th percentile, they estimated themselves to be in the 62nd.
