KeyToNature

The European Commission has financed - with ca. 5 ML Euros - one of  
the most im****tant projects worldwide devoted to biodiversity and  
education: KeyToNature.
Centered on the identification of organisms on-line, the project  
started a few months ago (September 3rd, 2007) and will run for three  
years. The 14 partners from 11 European countries include both  
biologists producing interactive tools for the identification of  
organisms, and experts in education and IPRs (Intellectual Property  
Rights).
KeyToNature has just started, but it can already offer a wealth of  
interesting tools for identifying an animal, a plant, a fungus...
