Gourds!...I've been harvesting lots of gourds and luffas now and the luffas
that I planted at the same time as the gourds are still producing a month
after the gourds have finished.We are starting tomato's in large
containers
and preparing the garden for fall growing season.I have been collecting
seaweed from the river and compost from the county landfill and hope to
grow
broccoli,spinach and various cool weather greens.We are hoping that good
prep now will pay off this winter.....Mark in Crystal River.
