Uh, what's the delay in seeing posts?

Sorry; I am assuming this is a moderated group that has to go thru
screening before being sent to the newservers?  I post to lots of groups
but those are un-moderated so I'm not used to this many-hours-delay in
seeing the post and seeing a reply that might help me know what to do
tomorrow (thank God it wasn't today).

Anyway as I asked earlier, please refer me to the appropriate group if
anyone know one.
