What part of florida are you in, If you're north of that magic line (I-4
or there abouts) your queen palm will eventually suc***b to a disease
which kills them, or the cold.
In my neighborhood, there are a couple of small ones, but in the 10
years I've been here (Daytona *Area), they grow to about 8 or 10 feet
then die.
