It sounds like damping off, a fungal disease. Make sure the soil mix is m=
oist,
not wet, and that there is good air circulation around it. You may spray =
the
seedlings weekly with a Cornell formula:=20
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon oil (horticultural oil or "summer" oil is best)
1 gallon of water
2 drops dish wa****ng soap
