So how did the storm treat everybody? I moved 50 or so plants into the
screen room to get ready and lowered the roll up blinds. the blinds didn't
survive, but I think the plants are all O.K. I thought I might lose my
frangipanni (planted out front) for a while as I watched the winds batter
it, but it looks to have escaped. For all the swaying the oaks did, they
only lost a few minor branches. The neighbors yard has a new addition - an

x 20 foot piece of roof from a few houses away.
