Lots of water, fertilizer and light.
for the fertilizer, remember that bananas are high in potassium, and 
they need a source.  Too much nitrogen will help to make them "leggy" 
but right now, that doesn't seem to be a problrm for you.  I'm 
thinking that you need more water, based on my experience, and the 
little information that you have given.
