I have wondered about using the ashes from my smoker for just this type of
application. Yesterday I did 3 racks of babybacks and a pork shoulder for
some wonderful pulled pork. Was not watching NASCAR or SEMINOLE FOOTBALL.
Can't wait for the season to start. GO NOLES.
