I've had one for about 8 years now. It grows - looks healthy - but has
never bloomed.
I'm in Lake County - there aren't many of them this far north but I see
several around here blooming every spring.
It may be the shade as there are a couple of oaks behind it and it seems
to
want to grow toward the street, maybe looking for sun?
