I don't know what sort of begonia that is but I've still got some of my 
Mums, and she died in 1993, by simply turning the pots on their sides now 
and letting the tops die off. No watering until you see the start of new 
shoots appear in the spring when they can be repotted in a good
multipurpose 
compost and grown on being careful not to over water at first until the 
roots have grown. Mine are in a heated greenhouse (min 50°F) and sit on 
their sides under the staging all winter, no watering at all.
