Hi, I am trying to see if anyone has any ideas for growing herbs on the
sill. I have tried many times to grow herbs inside and have had no luck. I
live in NW WA where our growing season is spring. I don't want to invest
in
a window box installed in my kitchen window if it won't help grow
anything.
