We had a heavy frost last night (central Avalon)...there was a 1/4 inch 
of ice on the water in my wheelbarrow at 10 am. If they survived last 
night, they should be okay tonight.

I lost a few Marigolds last night so I laid a row cover over them for 
tonight. If you have any row cover, I'd cover them just to be sure. If 
you don't have the real row cover, you could use some landscape fabric. 
It'll keep the temp 3 or 4 degree warmer under the fabric.

Just be sure to remove it in the morning.
