You shouldn't if the fertilizer contains urea...which most do. If the 
professional is using a urea based fertilizer then tell them not to lime 
and fertilize on the same day. They may be doing it for economical 
reasons (1 visit instead of 2)...but you won't get the full effect of 
the fertilizer if they do).

They should be liming in the fall anyway (unless your lawn hasn't been 
limed in a long time...then I'd request a second liming in the fall and 
every subsequent fall...or do it yourself...just pick up a bag of 
pelletized lime and drop it chicken-feed style (no chickens required)).
