Browning and Harvey have a fake hawk kite on a fly rod atop their
roof. Does a good job keeping the bastards away. Don't know where they
got it but it's fairly quiet and, one atop your own roof might keep
them away from your pond as well as your residential curb side
garbage. I don't see owls working. There is a guy on the road off of
the Churchill Square with 4 on his shed but the yard is maggoty with
gulls.
