on this situation, to try and resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
Please don't make a hasty decision to leave. I have learned a
lot from your posts, and I know others have as well.
Please give us some time to find the best way to deal with this
exchange between Derek and you.
I, or another mod, will be getting back to you as we work through
