Nice dark culms, leaves green no tip burn.
I have been told by one person it it the summer heat that the nights
don't cool off enough for it. It seems like each shoot gets smaller
every year. Cold temp in Atlanta is maybe 10 bad winter 5. No snow to
speak of but ice storms do occur. All of my bambusa (Alphonse Karr,
Silverstripe, Golden Goddess, Tiny Fern) are doing fine
