What kinds of bamboo?
Realize that the lowest temperature they are rated for are mostly for
plants in the ground. Move the containers in when the night
temperatures are approaching their lowest rated temp.
As for watering, give as needed. If you are concerned about the
plants losing too much water then mulch heavily for the cold weather.
After living with your plants for a while, they will tell you what
they need. Curled leaves usually mean either too much sun or that
water is needed.
