It's still broken as of this evening.
There are two pieces to DNS. The glue NS and A records your registrar
sends
to the root DNS servers, and the SOA, NS, and A records sitting with
whoever is doing DNS for you (Earthstink in this case).
The former is right if earthlink is supposed to be providing DNS for you
and their small business and colo DNS information is fed into
dns[1-3].earthlink.net.
The latter seems to be missing.
I'd recommend requesting technical sup****t to forward a copy of the zone
file they think they're using for you.
If
1) You have the IP address of the firstrays.com website recorded outside
of DNS and the address (symbolic or IP) that actually handles mail for
firstrays.com.
2) You have access to update the DNS servers listed for your domain.
then I can provide a tem****ary DNS server for you with correct
information for firstrays.com.
Remove 'localhost.' from my email address if you want to ping me.
Anyhoo, the reason I was trying to get to the website was I figured I'd
spend part of the income tax refund check on a reverse osmosis unit.
I seem to recall in the previous incarnation of the website you had
two capacities available, and I don't recall seeing it when I checked
after the spousal unit last bought bottled water.
