Not likely, and for sure not the eggs. Several good risings, spaced a day
or two apart, will go a long way to control them. Use a firm spray, to
the
top and bottom of the leaves. It shouldn't be long before their mortal
enemy, the lady beetle, will be along to put them in their place.
