Trying to identify this rose

Hi everyone....my 1st post.....

I'm trying to identify this rose.  I transplanted it from my backyard in 
2007 because of too much shade thinking it would grow bigger, but it 
grows to about 2 ft tall and has cute little blooms, slightly fragrant.
Any information would delight me!!!  Oh, this could be anywhere from 
20-40 yrs old, Im guessing from the information my landlord gave me......
