If they are white particles, that reflect back into space, they could 
help reduce global warming. If they are grey or black, they will add to

The United States has the most CO2 emissions (2.79 billion tons), 
followed by China (2.66 billion tons).

Today, more than half of the electricity generated in the United States 
comes from coal.  For the foreseeable future, coal will continue to be 
the dominant fuel used for electric power production.

it at the same rate as today.

According to Steven Hawkings, we could turn our planet into another
