Wow, that must have been quite a hit with that mower. It looks more
like a tornado struck.
You can find some help by googling for "tree damage" and "repair". I
found this site that looks pretty promising.

If you search on "tree pruning sealer", you can find commercial products
that can be used to protect cracked or removed branch stumps. However,
