Are you wanting DIY or something ready to go.  For DIY they are getting
pricy, but I have seen some on Craigslist for $20.  

There is a guy on 401 just south of the Neuse river bridge (on left)
that some times has some.  Chris has been planning to check the price
for a year and never has.  I found two in Mebane for #10 each but they
are just white barrels and need all the screens and faucets and such. 
I had to call several times for him to have some.

You can get a 280 gallon IBC from Piedmont biofuels in Moncure for $175
for DIY.  They will do turnkey, but expect it to cost more.  Google
Piedmont biofuels moncure.  YOu want the cooperative not the commerical
entity.  On 15-501 between Moncure and Chapel Hill


If you want turn key ready to go (you will still have to modify gutter
spout) then $90 is probably about right.
